Welcome, fellow Geek Dad! We're thrilled you're here to level up your wardrobe with our unique gear. Because we want to be as transparent as a cloaked Romulan Warbird, please take a moment to read our return policy.

 

Our Print-on-Demand Promise

 

Every single item at Caster Coast is custom-made for you when you place your order. Think of it like commissioning a custom piece of gear for your next big quest. Unlike big-box stores, we don't have a massive warehouse stocked with pre-made products. When you click "buy," our production partners fire up their high-tech printers and create your item specifically in the size, color, and design you chose.

This special process allows us to offer a massive variety of designs without waste, which is great for the planet! However, it also means that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for issues like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

 

The Bottom Line: All Sales Are Final

 

Once an order has been sent to production, it is final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We strongly encourage you to do the following before placing your order:

  • Consult the Oracle (Our Sizing Chart): Sizing can vary between apparel types. Please, please, please check the sizing chart provided on each product page. Measure a shirt you already own and love, and compare it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Double-Check Your Cart: Verify that you've selected the correct size, color, and design before completing your purchase.

  • Confirm Your Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping details are 100% correct to avoid your package getting lost in a wormhole.

 

Houston, We Have a Problem? (Damages & Errors)

 

We stand by the quality of our gear. While we can't accept returns, we will absolutely make things right if there is a mistake on our end. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, defective, or the wrong item entirely, we've got your back.

Here's the protocol:

  1. Contact Us Within 30 Days: Please email our support team at geek@geekdadfashion.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Any claims submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a replacement.

  2. Provide the Proof: In your email, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • High-quality photos showing the defect or wrong item. This is required for our team to verify the issue.

  3. Resolution: Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. There is no need to return the faulty item.

 

What We Can't Cover

 

To be crystal clear, we cannot process a replacement or refund for the following:

  • Sizing Issues: You ordered a size Large, but needed an XL. This is why consulting the sizing chart is your critical first mission!

  • Buyer's Remorse: You decided you don't like the color or design after all.

  • Color Variations: The colors you see on your monitor may differ slightly from the final printed product due to screen calibrations and ink properties. This is a normal part of the printing process.

  • Shipping Delays: We provide estimated delivery dates, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Order Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Because our orders are automatically pushed to our production partners, we have a very small window to cancel. We can only guarantee a cancellation if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is likely already in production and cannot be stopped.
